central location mini-fridge attentive staff inadequate window lock ground floor window creaking floor board
the location was central and quite convenient for exploring. the room had a mini-fridge stocked with water, milk, and oat milk, which i found thoughtful. the person looking after the hotel was attentive and helpful .
the bedroom sash window did not open from the top and lacked a secure lock. this window was on the ground floor and could only be opened from the bottom. i was woken up multiple times during the night by a person pacing the floor above.
